Job Duties: This position involves a great deal of public contact and serves as a receptionist performing general secretarial duties. These duties include greeting and checking in adult probation offenders, the public, and attorneys. It also involves answering phone calls, data entry, filing, faxing, preparing letters, preparing and sending record requests, as well as scanning documents. This position requires the use of a personal computer with proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook programs. The applicant will learn and utilize Odyssey and Enterprise Supervision computer programs to retrieve case information in the preparation of case files.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Basic computer skills
- Previous secretarial experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) is desirable
- Undergo and pass a criminal history records check
