Job duties: This highly creative position will allow the ideal candidate to join the District Court Management Team and provide insight and guidance into future programs and projects. This is a highly responsible position, tasked with project management under the direction of the District Court Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead projects and meet deadlines while properly communicating progress with his/her leadership team. Project management may include, but is not limited to
Required education and experience: Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience working for or with the court system. History of managing complex projects and supervising staff is required. Must have a proven ability to work well both independently and on a team.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with the Odyssey case management system; knowledge of court policy and procedures; knowledge of best practices in court technology and access to justice.

- Project tracking and management for current tools such as Case Center, For the Record Quick Draft, and Drug Court Management Systems
- Assist in the development of a comprehensive court technology management plan
- Alignment of project management with the court’s strategic goals, with emphasis on improvements in case management, workflow management, access to justice and operational efficiency
- Coordination of services between the 10th Judicial District Court, Johnson County Justice Information Management Systems (JIMS), and the Office of Judicial Administration
