Position Title and Salary: Public Outreach Coordinator (Trial Court Coordinator)
Grade 36, $59,864.64 annually
Location of Employment: 10th Judicial District, Olathe, Kansas

Job duties: This is a highly responsible position, reporting directly to the District Court Administrator. This position will coordinate public outreach of the District Court including, but not limited to, social media, employment fairs, and tours of the courthouse. This position will manage the internal SharePoint site for the District Court. This position will serve as the point of contact for all requests for audio recordings made pursuant to the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA). Additionally, this position will schedule and coordinate events in the courthouse, such as training, mock trials, investitures, and receptions.
Required education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree and one year of court experience.
Preferred qualifications: Experience coordinating social media accounts, marketing, SharePoint and/or websites preferred.
