Position Title and Salary:       Administrative Support Specialist, Grade 26, $47,001. 65 annually

Location of Employment:      10th Judicial District, Olathe, Kansas 66061
Regular in-person work with possible occasional hybrid work with supervisor approval.

Job duties:   This is a highly responsible position, reporting directly to the District Court Administrator.  This position will oversee administrative duties of the Court Administrator including purchasing, payments, audio recordings requests, and inventory.  This position will serve as a liaison between the District Court and the Johnson County Financial Management and Administration Office.  The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and time management skills and have the ability to problem solve and work well with other District Court and county departments. 

Required education and experience:   High School Graduate with a minimum of one year of court experience.

Preferred qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience with purchasing and budget; knowledge of the Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) case management system.
