Job Duties: This CSO I supervises Veterans placed on probation in the community who are participating in Veterans Treatment Court (VTC). Conducts WRNA and LSCMI assessments to identify risks and needs. Tracks client compliance, performance, and progress through phases of program. Attends VTC court docket; prepares documents to be presented to the Court; processes files; documents all activities, conducts urinalysis testing, provides guidance and direction to clients and prospective applicants. This CSO I will collaborate with the VTC team and provides updates and recommendations on the status of clients in the program.
This is a grant funded position, which could be renewed after the year.
Required Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in corrections, criminology, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field. Preferred military background.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in caseload management.
Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills.
You must be able to complete EPICS, WRNA, and LSCMI certification within 12 months of employment and maintain those certifications while employed.
Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and written.
Proficient use of current computer programs and technology.
Professional, courteous, and cooperative in demeanor.
