Job duties:This position serves as a high-level administrative support role that will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of communications and memoranda to Judicial Branch officers and employees and others outside of the Judicial Branch. This position provides key administrative support to the compliance department. Additional duties include assisting with the production of audits, forms, procedures, and other necessary documents related to the overall administration of the Judicial Branch. A high level of attention to detail is essential for the duties in this position.
Required education and experience: Graduation from high school or equivalency; supplemented by at least three years general clerical work experience. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database skills required; or any equivalent combination of education or experience which provides the following knowledge, abilities, or skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Adobe Pro;
Ability to interpret and apply complex directions and instructions.
Ability to work collaboratively and develop and maintain an effective and harmonious working relationship with officials, employees, and the general public.
Ability to monitor calendars, meet deadlines, and assist with other administrative support tasks.
Ability to organize and track a large online folder system for documents and manage a large number of emails in Microsoft Outlook.
