Job Duties: Duties include front desk reception and telephone duties as well as case processing. Assist with all general office duties such as faxing, opening and delivering mail and all other clerical duties as assigned. This position requires excellent customer service skills.
Required education: Graduation from high school or equivalent
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Ability to understand court procedures and policies.
Must have good customer service skills
Skills in the operating of office equipment
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to work with some degree of independence and responsibility
Maintain confidentiality
Desired qualifications:
Courteous, professional and cooperative
Knowledge of the court system or legal experience is a plus
