Job Duties: This is a full-time position in the Clerk of the District Court office for Osage County.  This is a clerical position responsible for receipting and filing documents, to include electronic filing, scanning/imaging documents, data entry, receipting monies, setting hearings, maintaining court calendars, and performing other related work as required.  Will cross train in multiple areas of the district court.  This position requires excellent customer service skills as it provides information and assistance to judiciary, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, state agencies and the public.

Required education and experience:   Graduation from high school and six months clerical experience.  Knowledge of modern office procedures and practices.  Skills with computers and operation of standard office equipment.

Preferred qualifications:  Experience working in a computerized office, knowledge of computers and financial transactions. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of court procedures and policies desirable.
