Examples of work performed:
- Handle routine administrative duties for the Court Administrator. Handle personnel and benefit records and answer payroll questions.
- Handle inquiries from OJA, all court personnel, judges, attorneys, Unified Government offices, jurors, and the public.
- Proficient in GoCo, JazzHR, Centralized Case Management System (CCMS) and any other technology assigned.
- Link between all departments, divisions within the court system and the Unified Government, suppliers, and the public.
- Monitor expenditures of all departments of the court system.
- Maintain inventory of all furniture and equipment.
- Maintain and control maintenance contracts and service work on all machines and equipment.
- Confidential employee of the Court Administrator.
- Other duties that may be assigned by the Court Administrator.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, grammar and arithmetic.
- Ability to provide directions and guidance to staff members.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and establish and maintain a harmonious work environment.
